What Does This Warranty
Cover?
This warranty applies to the original purchaser (Owner) of the billiard table, game table, or chairs, and covers defective materials and workmanship.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
As to billiard tables, this warranty lasts for the life of the table. As to game tables and chairs, this warranty lasts for two years from the date of original purchase. The duration of any implied warranties shall not exceed the duration of warranties provided herein.
What Will BilliardEx Do?
For two years after the date of the sale of the pool table, and one year
after the sale of the game table or chair to the original purchaser, BilliardEx
will pay for labor and repair or replacement of defective components or
material and, if BilliardEx elects to complete warranty service at a location
other than the place of installation, the cost of shipping to BilliardEx.
Thereafter, BilliardEx will pay for only the costs of repairing or replacing
defective components or materials and the Owner will be responsible for
labor and shipping costs, if any.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not apply if the product is transferred from the original
purchaser. It does not cover table leveling. This warranty does not provided
for a replacement table or "loaner" during any period of repair. This warranty
does not apply to pool tables used in an institutional or commercial setting.
It does not apply to damage due to normal wear and tear, fire, flood or
any other natural event or calamity. This Warranty does not cover cloth,
rubber, or pockets. This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence
or abuse. Negligent and abusive damage including a failure to care for the
table pursuant to maintenance instructions or a failure to provide a proper
environment for the table will void the warranty. The warranty is void if
the table is not installed by a BilliardEx certified or authorized installer.
This warranty does not apply to any defects or damages arising from the
installation or other services provided by an unauthorized installer. Improper
or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs by an unauthorized installer
voids this warranty.
How Do You Get Service?
If you are the original owner of the Spencer Marston product(s), and received
install via a BilliardEx certified or authorized installer, your product(s)
and contact information is kept on record for verification purposes by the
BilliardEx Warranty Team. You can submit all claims must be electronically
submitted to warranty@billiardex.com.
All claims must be accompanied by sufficient digital photo documentation
along with a brief explanation of the issue. Our Warranty Review Department
will review your case and respond promptly. If a claim is deemed valid,
we will replace or repair, at our discretion, any or all of the components
involved in the claim.
Does This Warranty Cover
Consequential or Incidental Damages?
No. BilliardEx will not be liable for direct, consequential, incidental or special damages (including without limitation loss of business or profits or economic loss) or for punitive, statutory, or exemplary damages, resulting from or in any manner relating to the table, the use of the table, or any breach by BilliardEx of this warranty. The sole and exclusive remedy of the Owner will be the repair, correction or replacement, at BilliardEx's sole option, of the defective component of the table pursuant to this warranty.
How Does State Law Apply?
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
