Do you accept Credit Card and other payment methods?
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PAYPAL, and Google Checkout. We will also accept eChecks, Cashiers Checks, and Money orders. Payment must be received in full before we ship products.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free* with the purchase of your pool table.
*Due to higher labor costs, there are specific zip codes (in the New York City/Long Island NY area and the Boston MA area) that carry a $250 delivery surcharge.

When can I expect my pool table?
The free shipping included with your pool table will have your pool table delivered in 7-14 business days. If you choose to expedite your shipping for an additional $69.99, you will receive your pool table in 2-6 business days or we will refund your expediting fee. The delivery dates start counting the business day following your purchase. Once the pool table is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with very important delivery instructions. Please read this email carefully as you are responsible for the information contained therein.

What is included in the shipping charge?
The shipping charge covers delivery of the pool table to your home. This type of delivery is known as curbside delivery. You are responsible for unloading the pool table from the truck without the help of the truck driver. You are required to have at least two capable adults present to unload the pool table. You can opt to pay to have the driver unload the pool table for you into your garage or nearest covered area. This added service is available for an additional $199. Please notify a BilliardEx customer service representative if you would like this service.

What if it has been 14 business and I still have not received my pool table?
In extremely rare occasions a delay may occur in the freighting company. If this happens, please notify a BilliardEx customer service representative immediately. We will resolve any issues with the freighting company and expedite your table to you.

Where will the truck driver leave the pool table?
The free shipping included with your pool table only covers delivery of the table to your address. You are required to unload the pool table without the truck drivers help. This means that you must have at least two capable adults present when the truck delivers your pool table to offload the table. Please see our liftgate delivery if this upgraded delivery interests you.

Are there any additional fees?
Due to higher labor costs, there are specific zip codes (in the New York City/Long Island NY area and the Boston MA area) that carry a $250 delivery surcharge. Outside of this very specific surcharge for very specific zip codes,there are no hidden fees.

How big is the truck delivering my pool table?
Our pool tables are delivered in a 28' tractor-trailer truck. Your home must be clearly accessible by a truck this size. Truck drivers are responsible for their trucks. If a truck driver doesn't think that your driveway is safely accessible, you will need to meet the truck driver in a parking-lot area near your home such as a grocery store parking lot. You are responsible for having a pick up truck to haul your pool table back to your home. If you are concerned about the accessibility of your home, please contact BilliardEx to discuss your situation.

Will you ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?
Yes, but extra shipping charges apply. Please do not purchase until you have contacted a BilliardEx customer service representative for a shipping quote.

Does the price include installation?
No the price of the pool table includes free shipping, a free accessory pack and your choice of color of felt. We offer installation in most areas of the United States. If you live in a rural area, we can also help you find an installer in your area. Typical installation costs are $250-$400 depending on where you live. Rural customers incur the highest costs because installers have to drive a long way to install the pool table. If you would like to purchase installation through BilliardEx or you would like help in identifying an installer in your area, please contact us.

Where can I find a professional installer?
Professional pool table installers can usually be found in your area in the Yellow Pages under "billiards". If you are unsure about the qualifications of installers in your area, please contact us and we will help you identify a reputable installer.

How much does a typical pool table install cost?
This depends on where you live but average costs run between $250 and $400.

Is it possible to install the pool table myself?
It is possible but we highly recommend that you have it installed professionally. Leveling a pool table properly and stapling the cloth over the cushions and the bed of the table requires technical skill.

What size are your tables?
The pool tables for sale on this site are 8' pool tables. We offer all of our pool tables in 9' and 7' sizes by special order. If you are interested in a 9' or 7' pool table, please contact a BilliardEx customer service representative for details.
